But the right handed Walker hits into an easy double play.

Jones hitting for Lamb bloops a hit to RF.

And Ahmed pops up to leave the runner on 1B.

The Dodgers haven't had a hit since the 3rd inning.

Just two hits in the game so far for them. And the
Dodgers go down in order in the 10th. 22 retired
in a row.

They're begging the D-backs to win the game.
We've out hit them 10-2. But nooooo!

Bert is waiting for the Dodgers to cancel the
fireworks so the neighbors don't complain. If they
do, the stadium will empty out in record time.

Yup, Carson Kelly, who tied the game with a HR
in the 9th, hits another to leadoff the 11th and
the D-backs take the lead 3-2.

Kelly has all three D-backs RBI's.

Archie, our new de-facto closer, will be in to
hold the lead.

Meanwhile, we now have a runner on 1B with
one out. Yeah, let's get Archie some insurance
runs.

And Locastro steals 2B, but Marte pops up.

Escobar coming up. He's 0-5 with 3 strikeouts
and pops up.

Archie was caught on camera pointing to a red spot on his hand.

But the camera showed that it hit the knob (bottom) of the bat
and, after the review, that is what the umpires ruled.

BTW, Saturday's game is also a 6PM start.

I think you mean AJ pointed to a spot. I don’t see the ball bouncing up that way off his hand. I did not see it that way on the dozen replays either. It like it clearly hit the knob of the bat. I did not see a red spot on AJ’s hand. He was begging. JMHO

Archie threw just 14 in his one inning so he should be good to go - though, emotionally he’s gonna need to collect himself.
What a great game!! This team continues to amaze me.
