Game 5 Is Tonight!!!

I'm just so pumped...I don't know how I can get through today...

I've been a Suns fans all of my 31 years...and I cried when we lost in the Finals 13 years ago, and I was sad last year losing in five in the WCF...

And here we are again TWO wins away from making it...

And I love this team, love how they play, how they've affected the game...

I'm just busting...

The team needs to bring everything they have tonight. We need an "A+" game from them tonight. We do not want to go back to Dallas for a game 7.

While I do think this team has enough guts to win two straight games to make it to The Finals I'm still considering tonight's game day "must win". I really think they have a great shot tonight.

They need to come out with as much fire as they did in Game 4. Active, aggressive defense and strong rebounding are the keys. The running game feeds off of that.

I hear you all...This is the most exciting time for the suns since the 93 finals appearance. I think if the guys leave it out on the court, they should come back to phoenix with a 3-2 lead, and a chance to get back to the finals.

( thanks mike ) I can't wait to see NBA champion phoenix SUNS shirts. This is our year. I was afraid that we couldn't beat 2 teams. San Antonio, and Detroit. I know all others would be a challenge but we could do it!

yeah, this team loves the heartattack angle. they haven't given it to us yet in this series. it's coming. it's going 7. would love that not to be the case, but just can't see them pulling this one out. we never have that killer instinct until our backs are against the wall.

The Suns have NEVER lost a 7 game series when the series has been tied 2-2, and the Suns won game 5.

The riley/van gundy strategy for getting away with alot of physicality is to bang, foul in the first quarter, let the fouls mount up, then late in the game they will not call fouls for the same level of physicality. Its like desensitizing refs to physicality, with a twist. The twist: The reasons for not calling fouls late is that the NBA does not like to foul players out(conspiracy theory) or lengthen games(thats the big one) due to alot of foul calls. This strategy would allow the Mavs to bang alot late in the game without sending the suns to the line too much. Game 3 had that exact pattern, so look for it in game 5. Its not the refs, its avery pulling the strings. Its not how many fouls that are called, its whether theyre called late in the game during crunchtime. I really dont think its a conspiracy, I just think the coaches have adjusted to take advantage of NBA managements susceptibilities.

I think this is a must win for my Mavs!! If the Suns lose, they can come back to Phoenix and win with a toss-up game 7. If the Mavs lose, we have to go to Phoenix with our backs against the wall. I can see your point of view...Mavs win tonight and it is all but over!

I agree I think this is a must win game for eaither team suns dont want to face a game 7 in Dallas, and Dallas doesnt want to face a game 6 elimination game in phoenix lets hope it turns out this way Marion needs to have a good game tonight on the offensive side and against dirk again like he did in game 5.
