Walker with an infield single, but it couldn't get Escobar in from 3B.

One out, runners on 1B & 3B with Peralta up. C'mon, Freight Train!

It's a sac fly. 4-2. D-backs have come to life vs. the bullpen.

Webster's defines relief pitcher as a player whose job is to get critical outs.

Webster's defines BP pitcher as Andrew Chafin

Webster's defines tool as Andrew Chafin

It took a lot more than winning the World Series on a bloop
hit to get there.

It was actually Brenly's decision to start Schilling in Games 1-4-7 and the ace Johnson in Games 2 and 6 at home
rather than Yankee Stadium to win it.

The most brilliant move I've seen in my 67 years of rooting for National League baseball. It is a lot more proactive
an approach than "that's baseball", which is an awfully passive approach to a successful season.

How about just game 7...

Benching Sanders for Bautista, Randy in relief, pinch running Grace (Dellucci took out Jeter), bunting Miller and Bell (got some help from Mo on that one)...

Why do these Dback relievers constantly pitch down the middle of plate in a 0-2 or 1-2 count? Throw some junk up there and see if they chase it.

It’s gonna be a long year (err two months).

This is a long game.

It feels like the Dbacks have to scratch and claw then they make the Rangers look like a juggernaut for an inning and crap the bed

Let's see if Mr Lovullo stays true to his word of having a short leash this year. Since Chafin has sucked last year and this year. Let's see if he keeps getting opportunities to blow games again

Just cancel the season. I don’t care anymore. This team plays with no urgency and understanding that there’s little margin for error at all.

I knew the game was over the minute Chafin gave up that homer. I seriously can’t stand that guy. He is not clutch at all. This game sucked because we fought back, took the lead, and then gave it away.

Up next the Dodgers. A four game series, with starting times at
6:30 Thursday & Friday, 5:00 on Saturday and 1:00 on Sunday.

Do the D-backs have a chance of winning even one?

It is disappointing! Something needs to light a fire. Maybe
Torey can get ejected from all four.

His record is 1-4 and his Bench Coach is 1-0.

His post-game presentation is uninspiring! He doesn't have a clue!
