The whinning abut the OT rules post game by Matthews and others is beyond ridiculous. Where were these comments before the game? When did GB propose such changes at an NFL meeting? And beyond that the moaning about the non-calls is even dumber. Just go take a look at the "Hail Mary" and the GB OL tackling Calaisis Campbell so that Rodgers can get the pass away. Not simple holding but actually tackling him without a call. GB lost because in OT they let Larry Fitzgerald run through them and they were unable to tackle him including that loud mouth Matthews.

I don't like the OT rules either, but we all know what they are. So, boo hoo Green Bay. Your defense should have been better.

Matthews should know better than to start his conversation like that. There are ways of addressing that concern in a appropriate way and he comes off as a baby cry the way he did

The rules are perfect but they're better than they were before were just a field goal would end it

I am sure if GB would have won the toss and scored a TD they would have demanded the Cards get a shot because the OT rule is so unfair.

Every team, and every fan of all teams, see and make a big deal about the calls and non-calls regarding their team. They forget about all the ones the other team and its fans are complaining equally about. We as Cards fans are no different. There were missed calls for both teams. I say this game was about equal as any as far as the calls were concerned.

Clay is mad because they said they would only let him be in Pitch Perfect 3 if he got to the superbowl. Now him and Rebel Wilson cant be besties. :(

Actually he was involved in Pitch Perfect 3 to tonight, as in Palmer to Fitz FTW!!!

Pereira said the same thing on Twitter he said everyone knows the rule if you don't want to lose don't give them a TD. God it took one play to get into scoring position it's on them for being so sure they were going to sack Palmer they let Fitz go.

The thing is as others said, they only complain about rules that hurt them. After the Washington game there were clear pics showing on both plays where the 12 men on the field was called, the Packers offense wasn't set when the ball was snapped. They do that on purpose to trap the D, the refs are watcing the D to see if the player runs off in time, and they miss the O not being set.

IF there are 2 rules changes I want one would be that stupid trap the defense while subbing play that's not even a play, the other would be the WR's blocking downfield on screen passes in the air that the Packer(and Denver) do morethan anybody. They never enforce the actual letter of the rule.

Guess what on the tipped pass Jaron Brown is blocking downfield, you know how many times Green Bay did that exact thing last night?

Totally agree. The Packers played their hearts out and its so tough to lose a game like this. Their season is now over and they also lost a heart breaker last year to the Seahawks. I'm just glad that we came out as the winners.

If Green Bay wanted to be sure the ball was in Aaron Rodgers hands to decide the game then they should have gone for two after the TD. They knew the OT rules when they chose to kick the XP and take their chances there.

Green Bay is a class organization with class players...just like the Cardinals are. They were bounced out of the playoffs two years in a row in OT in games they should have won. If they are bitter and want to complain they have every right to. Let them have it, we would all be complaining today too if that game went the other way. The officiating sucked on both sides and both teams failed to put the game away when they had chances.

How many of us in here are still stung and complain about the SBXLIII loss?

Clay Matthews almost looked like an extra blocker on Fitz's huge play. Didn't even try to make a tackle - even though he had speed and an angle on Fitz. He looked like a spectator on that play. That's going to look really good in the film room...
