Georgetown guard Mac McClung plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal so he can switch schools after taking his name out of consideration for the NBA draft. ''Mac was an integral piece of our program, and when he let me know his decision, I was disappointed, but he needs to do what's best for him,'' Hoyas coach Patrick Ewing said in a statement released by Georgetown on Wednesday. The 6-foot-2 McClung's departure follows the transfers of four other Georgetown men's basketball players during last season.
