The Valley so low.
Jacksonville has the twin towers (Henderson and Stroud). Lets make up a nickname for Watson and Branch. How about " The Michigan Meatheads"
:D
Or, using "The Brick Wall" too, "The Brick Heads". Or maybe "The Wall of Meat". Has anyone seen that sci-fi classic, "They're Made Out of Meat"? On the Web.

Watson is a young healthy huge player. Nobody giving up on him that I know, there will be plenty of snaps for him.
I'll drink to that.

Just because a teammate of a highly-thought-of player is considered so good you have to draft him, doesn't mean you're giving up on that first player.

When drafting, you never look back. You don't fail to draft a great player because you repeately drafted poorly at the position before a la Matt Millen. And you don't pass on a great player because you recently drafted a teammate who plays the same position.

I love the idea of one guy backing up the other for depth, both of them playing inside in short-yardage situations and possibly moving Branch outside to the left of Watson in 3-4 schemes. (We haven't had that kind of flexibility at DT in a gazillion years).

IMO, The Cardinals should run the 4-3 with these two Mamba-Jamda anchoring the middle of that defensive line. Have Dockett play LDE and Okeafor the RDE. That should be a run stuffing defensive line machine. Then we can call this whole Defensive Line "The Brick Wall."

Passing situation move Dockett back inside put Okeafor on the left side and bring in Berry for the right side and keep Branch in. The Cardinals should get to the QB.

In my 3-4, I didn't include Clancy. In a 4-3, I think that you have to put him in there, above Okeafor.

You can rotate Clancy in on the 4-3 scheme. Remeber Clancy is known for his run stuffing more than his pass rush.

In the 3-4 scheme

LDE-Dockett
NT- Watson
RDE-Branch

This should be the DL for the 3-4 scheme, IMO

I think Clancy will use both Branch and Watson at NT. By having them split time they will remain fresh the entire game. Obviously in short yardage and goal line situations you will see both players in to clog the middle.

I think we will be seeing much more of a 3-4 look.

DE - Dockett/Lewis
NT - Branch/Watson
DE - Clancy/A. Smith

OLB - Berry/Pace
MLB - Hayes/Davis
MLB - Dansby/Beisel
OLB - Okeafor/Blackstock

the only problem i see about Berry and Okeafor playing OLB regularly is they have been playing DE their whole NFL career. they are no spring chickens eithier. I feel they are bigger liability at that position than they are an asset.
