However, the Cowboys would then be the #6 seed and face the Vikings, who will wrap up the #3 if they beat Atlanta tomorrow.

The only way Dallas can get the #5 seed and play the Cards is if BOTH of the above scenarios happen, meaning monunental collapses by both Atlanta and Tampa, combined with a Cowboys win on the road at Philly. Can't see any of it happening.

I would rather face ATL with stadium full of Cardinals fans than Dallas with a stadium full of Dallas fans. Win or lose, I've beeen waiting for this game for 20 years and Dallas fans would have a negative impact. I can't say the same for any other fans, except maybe Philly fans. ATL or Tampa would be gravy.

I agree 100%. There are over 5000 tickets for sale just on StubHub so dallas fans would have no problem grabbing plenty of seats.

For comparison: There are only slightly more than 1100 tickets listed for the Vikings playoff game. Of course that could be because Minny hasn't officially clinched the North.
