Wait, I'm confused.

If y'all don't want to meet Seattle(doesn't matter to me) until the NFC Championship, then y'all should be rooting for Green Bay right now and next week(when they'll play Minnesota again).
But if Vikings win they have to be 6th seed and we therefore can not play them, I think?!?

If MN wins Seattle would become the 6 seed because GB has the tie breaker over Seattle because they beat them in week two. So, if Seattle beats MN in the first round they would go to Carolina in the second round because they are the lowest (highest numbered) seed left in the NFC.

If Pack wins tonight the Hags will be #5 seed

If Vikes win tonight Hags will be # 6 seed

Here. If Vikes win, though I'm not sure they will given their history in Lambeau

the only scenario in which AZ plays SEA in two weeks would be if GB wins tonight and then MIN beats GB next week.

I thought the 3rd seed plays the 6th seed
And the 4th seed pays the 5th seed. If the lower seed wins against the 3rd seed the 6th seed plays the number 1 seed. Not sure if I'm right?

Sorry. Again, it was an honest question about something confusing to me.

I get it was a honest one, but look at this thread, are these guys not die-hards as no one really seems to know 100%. So my question wasn't a stupid one really.

Which is what I want. Seattle and Carolina knocking one of themselves out, and we either face Seattle at home for the NFC title, or Carolina on the road after a tough Seattle game.

I don't see GB going anywhere in the playoffs with the OL they have. Man I feel for Rogers.

If Green Bay wins tonight.

Then first round of the playoffs
6 Minnesota at 3 Green Bay
5 Seattle at 4 Washington

If Green Bay wins then we play Green Bay regardless of the outcome of the other game. If Minnesota wins then we play the winner of Seattle and Washington.

If Minnesota wins tonight.

Which would be the ideal scenario obviously. Minny up 20-3 but Green Bay driving right now
