According to his Instagram, Cardinals OLB Markus Golden began running today. He tore his ACL in Week 4 last season. The Cardinals begin offseason workouts this week.

Good news. Golden is a solid player healthy. I talked to a guy who's son is close friends and played with TJ Logan. TJ has said he is completely healthy and back to normal. He was a hell of a player around these parts in high school and is about as fast as they come. I'm looking forward to seeing him play this year.

Cards did well the last 8 games in 2017 coz the special teams played really well. Still gotta get better at punt returns, kickoffs and punt return blocking

Me and you both. If Logan stays healthy he is a dynamic player and should be one of the top returners in the NFL.

its amazing we won eight games last year. we lost so many key players to injury.
