The Suns can carry a 15 man roster if they like and I do not see how they save money by releasing any player on the roster unless it is Skinner. I hope the Suns have more sense than to release Skinner. I think the Suns would still have to pay Marks even if they released him so they might as well keep him.

The Suns need Skinner for depth even if PJ comes on board.
