Good. So Amare will still train wreck the Mavs and Duncan for many more years.
Amaré upbeat after surgery

TUCSON - Suns center Amaré Stoudemire was in such good spirits after his successful right knee surgery Tuesday that he used a Phoenix bird mythology reference to predict his return from the arthroscopic procedure that removed a floating particle from his knee joint.
"Like I told you before, I will rise from the ashes and reincarnate myself," Stoudemire said, repeating a sentiment he shared after two previous knee surgeries. "I have no doubts about bouncing back. I bounced back from microfracture (on the left knee). I can bounce back from this."
Tuesday's scope will sideline Stoudemire for only three weeks, if not less. He will spend today on crutches before joining his team in Tucson and starting rehabilitation.

"I just can't wait to fine-tune my skills," Stoudemire said. "I'll be back on track. It's just a minor speed bump."
Stoudemire said he thought the discomfort and swelling that began in his right knee a week ago was due to a busy summer. A Sunday MRI exam showed a loose body in the same knee that needed debris removed in April 2006.
"It was something that probably would've hampered him all year long," Suns General Manager Steve Kerr said.

Suns notebook: Amaré optimistic for fast recovery

TUCSON - No crutches and no worries for Amaré Stoudemire.
Just two days after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, Stoudemire joined his teammates here for training camp, dribbling the ball on the sidelines and putting up a few free throws and few flat-footed shots between whistles of a scrimmage.
“It’s a little frustrating because I worked so hard to sharpen my skills this summer, and now I have to sit out a little bit,” an upbeat Stoudemire said. “But two weeks isn’t that bad, I sat out a whole year (following microfracture surgery in 2005) so I can do two weeks.”
Stoudemire was already on the exercise bike Thursday, working to return range of motion to the knee. Head trainer Aaron Nelson said Stoudemire had minimal post-operative swelling, which should bode well for a quick recovery.
If all progresses as planned, he’ll be back doing basketball activities in as little as two weeks. Stoudemire said he had “no doubt” he’ll be good to go for the Nov. 1 season opener in Seattle.
“It was a minor scope and Dr. Thomas Carter did a great job,” Stoudemire said. “I’m walking normal already and I feel good about that. I just have to focus on the things I can do right now. I’m not going to push it, I’m holding myself back a little. We have five weeks, and that’s plenty of time to get healthy.”

Buddy, season begins in less than 4 weeks. You just had your surgery and are scheduled to rest/rehab for 3 of those 4 weeks.
That leaves u only 1 week to practice hard - assuming there are no setback right now.
I'll give Amare until December. After that he better show improved numbers because there is no way he is going to perform 20/10 during November after getting a knee scoped just a month prior - regardless of how minor.
Or else what?
You said you will give him til december. You gave him a deadline. If he doesnt hit your deadline, then what happens?
