I cant find any that cheap? they are all 20.00 or more and google only gives you 10.00 off. Am I doing something wrong?

nope. $20 is the magic number, google gives you $10 off, so the amount that you pay during the checkout is $10.xx

The next page will give you the confirmation along with the $10 discount. Make sure you change the shipping, if you only want to pay the $1.90 shipping.

You get that title for $11.80 shipped.

Unfortunately yes. I have 3 different credit cards, so I created 3 different email addresses and 3 different orders. If you want to order more, don't sign up for the next account until after the previous one has shipped though. I have used this deal about 10 times.
