You fill out a questionnaire and the site recommends movies based on how you answer the questions. Pretty cool for someone like me who is years behind in movie viewing. It brought up a lot of movies I wanted to see but never got around to.

Fried Green Tomatoes is what it said I should rent. No one freak out, but I've never seen it. Maybe I should rent it, who knows, I may like it!

It recommended Secretary, which I've never heard of, and Maria Full of Grace.

Maria Full of Grace is great.

Secretary is some flick about James Spader having sex with his secretary I believe.

I know this wasn't meant to be funny, but it was pretty funny nonetheless because of who it came from. And because he has no clue what he's talking about.

Does anyone still use this website? It doesn’t work for me anymore. I was wondering if it was just me. I log-in and then fill out the mood assessment page and then nothing happens. It used to work great.

I do not like most of the picks that it recommended.

I am seeing some of the good movies above and wonder if I am doing something wrong.

edit...Badabing, I am using the site now.

I guess I must have maxed it out. I created a new username and now it's working. However, now it's going to give me all of the same movies that it did before. Oh well.

I still haven't seen it. I suppose I should watch it this summer since there I won't be working, and there won't be any new episodes of 24 or Scrubs to watch.

Pretty ok flick. A little overdone, but ok. Watched it but wouldn't want to watch it again.

First gave me:

Talk to Her (Hable con Ella) (2002)

Plot Summary

Genres: Drama
Plot Outline Two men share an odd friendship while they care for their girlfriends who are both in deep comas.
Plot Synopsis: After a chance encounter at a theater, two men, Benigno and Marco, meet at a private clinic where Benigno works. Lydia, Marco's girlfriend and a bullfighter by profession, has been gored and is in a coma. It so happens that Benigno is looking after another woman in a coma, Alicia, a young ballet student. The lives of the four characters will flow in all directions, past, present and future, dragging all of them towards an unsuspected destiny.

Then came:

American Psycho

Which I haven't seen, but I love Christian Bale.

I'm putting both on my Blockbuster Online Queue.

First one it gave me was Y Tu Mama Tambien, which I have seen. The second was Secretary, which I have not, but want to. Since I don't rent, I don't know when I'll see it.
