Disagree. Definitely Tarantino's worst--he tried extremely hard to be clever and failed, basically relying on Samuel L. Jackson's cred from Pulp Fiction.
Pam Grier and Robert Forster were certainly very good in it, though. Robert DeNiro was a waste.
