If you haven't heard Greg Jennings signed a new contract with the Packers yesterday and the numbers are decently high for a guy coming into his fourth season. He got $27.535 over four seasons which comes out to almost $7 million a season and I've got to think that Boldin won't go below that mark now (if he ever would have). He also got $16 million guaranteed and could earn an additional three million via incentives, which would push the yearly average over $7.6 per season.
Would Boldin do a deal for something in the $7.5 to $8 million dollar range or will he look at Jennings deal and think that he's a better player and deserves a bigger contract?
