Wanting people to listen, you can't just tap them on the shoulder anymore. You have to hit them with a sledgehammer, and then you'll notice you've got their strict attention.

Se7en. Love that movie. :)

Sticking to the honor system. If you know the answer why don't you CHECK your answer using Google then post your answer AND the next quote? It would help move the game along.

What's the point of the "game" if everyone posts the correct answer? :)

OK, I get it, but I haven't noticed very many wrong answers. I don't mind being wrong, especially if its good for a laugh.

I can agree. post your guess, then google. If you confirm you got it right, you could move forward. If you confirm you are wrong, just edit and say nope, I was wrong.

That sounds good, I agree with Chap but it is possible that you might have to wait many hours or days for someone to come back and post the next quote.

Vincent Van Gogh. Everyone said to him, "You can't be a great painter, you only have one ear." And you know what he said? "I can't hear you."

It sounds like something Bill Murray would say.

Edit: Looked it up, heh, I was somewhat close. Hope that's not a spoiler.

I never saw it in the theaters, but was up in the middle of the night last night and it was on TV so I watched the entire thing. Almost used a different line from it. :)

So even though a lot of us know the answer now, nobody will post it? Normally the person who posted the quote should give he answer after a day if nobody else does.

But in this case I'll answer. Dinner for Schmucks.

I'll make the next one super easy:

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled, was convincing the world he didn't exist.

That one was so obvious and I know it is correct, so to keep things moving...I'll go with an easy one:

"Chewie, we're home."

I wonder if that's a trick? I haven't seen the movie I suspect it's from but I have heard that line in a recent trailer. So when the game changes to "guess the movie trailer quote", I'll awaken and offer my answer.

Star Wars The Force Awakens.

I'll go with an underrated movie that I'm sure plenty of people here have seen:

"You're wearing the shirt of the band you're going to see? Don't be that guy."
