Hmmm, this is rare for me. I definitely recognize that scene but have no idea what it's from. It's not very old, maybe 5 years or so and I don't think I liked the movie. But that's all I remember. And yes, you were definitely right on Uncommon Valor. It was reasonably entertaining but with that cast it's hard to not call it underachieving.

I wouldn't disparage a Bond movie by comparing it to this one.
Here is a hint. It contained a beast, a guy who was always looking to be hired and an actress famous for playing a deadly part.
