I remember this scene from Any Which But Loose, but I guess we need to wait for confirmation.

It could be. I just guessed MYB was right with the first one because what kind of a movie low-life would follow up a totally obscure movie with a freaking sequel? I recognize the characters but can't distinguish the scene as belonging to either movie specifically.

I went with the first one because I can't remember ever seeing the second one.

My memory isn't what it used to but I think you went with the second one. Isn't Every Which Way the original?

btw, Steven reminds me of an orangutan

I don't know, orangutans are supposed to be pretty smart? This morning I tied my shoes and waited for applause. None came.

I'm almost positive you're correct although the sequel (Any Which Way You Can) is an outside possibility. I can't remember for sure if Ruth Gordon is in the sequel (or even still alive).

She was in both movies. :)

Second Hand Lions. Awesome movie.

Edit: Google says I'm wrong. Could have sworn it was one of the flash back scenes.

I figured someone would guess.. Breaker Morant.

This should be easy... Take your mind off the hideous Cards game.

It's just a guess but I'd say Hud. I was only 9 years old when I saw the movie at, I believe, the Round Up Drive-In in Scottsdale. I slept through most of it so I don't remember anything about it other than it wasn't the Western I was promised. And I've never watched it since. But still, it's the only Newman movie that fits that I can think of. Hombre, Butch & Sundance were both in color and that doesn't look like the hat I remember him wearing in The Left Handed Gun (not to mention he's a little too old). So, Hud or bust.

Hud it is. One of the biggest self-centered losers ever.

I actually was going to use a screenshot from Hombre but figured it was too obscure.

You're up, my friend.

Dick Shawn and Barrie Chase from IAMMMMW. Or do I need to spell it out? I saw this move way too many times in my youth.

I saw it every Saturday one summer as a kid's matinee at the Kachina Theater in Scottsdale. And it's one of the few bad movies from my youth that I can still watch and love. Jonathan Winters saves the movie for me now as an adult. And you are up, kind sir, whether you type out It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World or not.

This one may be really hard or really easy, I'm not sure.

Well, the movie was recently remade and the original version is getting a lot of play on the movie channels so I suspect it will go pretty quickly even if I didn't solve it.

Last night I watched an old favorite of mine called The Satan Bug. I hadn't seen it in more than 5 decades. I hadn't even thought of the movie in years until I watched The Magnificent Seven yesterday and looked up the movie while I was watching it.

When I saw Satan Bug listed as one of the Director's credits (John Sturges) I went in search of the movie. Fortunately, Amazon had a digital copy so I got to relive a memory from my youth. Not a perfect movie but I don't really think it's any weaker than the Mag 7 which many consider a classic.

You obviously guessed the movie. I saw the remake on Friday but thought this scene was difficult. Wrong! You're up Sir.

I'm surprised there's been no takers on the current screenshot, I actually thought it would be very easy.

Okay, here's three short hints: Signing, Vietnam, Lennon.
