If I hear that one more time or hear one more analyst talk about all their injuries and how it has affected them, I think I will throw up.

The only way we've heard the end of it is if they don't make the playoffs next year. Remember, after their first SB win, they missed the playoffs the next year and then went on to win 2 in a row. If they make it back to the big game next year, we'll still hear about the dynasty, and rightly so IMO.

I have absolutly ZERO sympathy for the Patriots when it comes to boogus calls, none, nada.

Every game I watch they get the most amazing calls, for once they didn't well cry me a river.

Being that the Patriots were a bad team for a long time, I honestly have no problem with them having success. It's not like they're the hated Cowboys or Rams or anything. They're a team that got a good coach and built through the draft. What's to hate in that?

No prob here either Vince, with the team and players.
A tad with their band fans. You know what I mean?
As for the PI call that's a toughie because it seemed the DB took the WR head on, looked back, then lookeed at the WR again and then looked up again, maybe a bit too late for the official from his position?
Nobody gives a Rats bum, (excuse me Ratty), when we on't get a call or there's a phantom call on us?!
So onward. gotta agree with Pariah. Next year makes the dif. Hoiwever, they will be in the hunt. don't any of kid ourselves.

I have no problem with all the Patriots hoopla. They aren't a bunch of thugs or arrogant SOBs.

I am glad however that the Colts lost, what is Dungy's playoff record? Or Peyton Manning's for that matter. I've never liked Manning.

Pretty close. It's "Moron-o".

Seriously, I cringe whenever Dan is giving interviews or talking.

They'll be fine as long as they get a new RB and draft defense. Corey Dillon looked about as fast as Marcel Shipp last night.

Patriots reign is over. They will have a tougher time winning their division next year as the Dolphins are the team on the rise.

Dolphins will have huge roster changes next year and lose their O C.

JasonTaylor, Zach Thomas and Sam Madison are all candidates to be turned loose. Way too much money. Seau is gone. Ricky needs a new contract and may get traded. DL was made up of old one year free agents.

I doubt it's the end but if they lose Mangini you're talking about losing your OC, DC and DC again in consecutive offseasons. At some point even Belicheck is going to find it hard to replace that many good coaches.

They also appear to be getting old at WR. But they draft so well you assume they'll be good again next year.

Frankly this game really turned right before halftime on the 2 fumbles and the terrible PI call, it's not like Denver dominated the game they just made big plays when they had to.

Dillon played old this year and then there is Bruschi.

They are going to be in contention as long as they have that QB and coach. Get used to it. It is pretty amazing to watch in today's game.

As long as Billichek is there..Brady won't have the same numbers without that coach, no way. He's good but he's great in that system.
I hope they're done, Boston fans are the worst, so smug.

NEM is the reason why most of us despise the Patriots!!
 I grew up a Pats fan. I think that they are a pretty neat organization. Classy players and classy management. There are so many bandwagon fans now though it sucks. Tickets to their stadium have a zillion year waiting list. 20 years ago attendance for their games rivaled the Cards. It's like that for any team though. Look at the Seahawks. I always have a pretty good time with Seahawks fans. Good people. Just watch what happens if they win the Super Bowl. They will be coming out of the woodwork.

Amazing how fans of a team can turn other people into that teams haters.
Especially when they do have good to great ballplayers, good systems, good coaches, guys you want to root for.
Poor NEM. every time I lose a particular thought on something somehow it gets dragged back into my mind.
That poor old man is till taking it. AND, if he were on this board, everyone would be dumping on the old dude.
What are some other teams that you'd like to like for their talent but can't enjoy because of their fans. Any particulars to incidents would be interesting reading.
