Bledsoe is his generation's Stephon Marbury. Marbury had better PG skills and Bledsoe is a better defender, but their situations are similar. Their effort is inconsistent and their only real play on offense is to barrel into the lane and hope to find someone to dish off to. Marbury had better hands and better upper-body control, so he was more likely to be able to finish on his own. Both have questionable attitudes and aren't good enough to be a key player on a contending team, even though both can be occasionally inspiring with their "me against the world" body language.
So true! I always felt Marbury was Bledsoe's ceiling.
