I think Ben has a slight chance of winning it. I was sad to see Robert go like that. I am glad that Ramsey didnt eliminate Ben just because Andera was safe. Also didnt Robert skip his wedding to be on the show? He seemed pretty happy to see those models. I guess just because you get married doesnt mean you cant look anymore.

Wow, looks like Danny ended up limping his way into the finals. Andrea almost beat him out with a strong last day.

Next week should be good, personally I'm rooting for Paula, I like her.

I really think they got the best 2 in the finals. I also think it is obvious that Paula is going to win. She really reminds me of Heather West.

should be a good final - i think danny has more potential, but needs more experience with upscale dining

it seems like whenever he has to prepare a signature dish for the chefs it falls a little flat - i think he'll learn though, but needs to take a couple lumps first

I think Paula is more prepared to handle a restaurant at this point in time. I think Danny needs a little more experience, but he is great as well.

Was weird to watch that episode. I used to work for a casino in AC at which Larry Mullin (the head honcho at Borgata) was the VP. Met him a few times.

I remember when Steve Winn brought in the Borgata and everyone was in a panic to upgrade their casino hotels. Best thing that ever happened to AC, IMHO. Really made other places step up their game.

My friend currently works at the Borgata. She doesn't like it all that much. No point to that statement. Just sharing.

In any case, I hope Paula wins. I think she is more prepared.

yeah - which you can get away with if you want a theme type place that you'll sling $15-$25 entrees drawing familys

not fine dining though

here is a picture from the oceanaire as a comaprison for him

he needs a middle step - but it does look like he has some good skill and can run a kitchen - he just needs to open his eyes wider than FL

i personally wouldn't want to pay the price for lobster to have it drowned out in jerk seasoning ....... i like the basic concept though, for my $$ i'd rather have a blackened/bbq smoked salmon in that dish instead

the salmon holds up well to the spice - i had this bbq smoked salmon in seattle that knocked me off my chair - complete dry rub and bbq spices with fresh smoked salmon ...... the salmon came through, but it had a nice bite to it as well

well, congrats to danny - he definitely seems to have more voice and gordon seems to really like him

although it's "his restaurant" it's still very much chef ramseys place - the menu, decor, etc will be heavily influenced by chef ramsey and it will be up to danny to execute that vision

maybe this will be his middle step to see how a fine dining place should look, taste and feel and eventually one day he'll open his own concept

So far I think the wrong person won The Apprentice, Hells Kitchen and LOST. I though Locke was winning in LOST turns out he is dead. :(

I hated that they did the "To Be Continued.." thing, but I guess I shouldn't expect everything in one week.

Very good episode(s) the only thing that bugs me is that other then Robert I pretty much hate all the contestants. This should be an entertaining year, because right now, I don't think any of the contestants can hack it.

That seemed staged.

Yeah it did, by a really bad actor.

I don't think Ramsey needs to kick his butt, just send him away. I can't stand it when people say things like, "I ain't no dog man", in context I guess that means he isn't going to be the rat that tattles on why the two were nominated, but give me a break. Use your words little boy. Does he not realize he is trying to get a high prestige job?
