Then we will win the division regardless of record.

Back in the day, if I remember right, he may have been negative. But I don't mind negativity...




What I do mind is people rubbing our noses in it, making fun of us for beleiving in a team.


Here's a question for Ed, because he laughs at us for thinking this team could be good back in the preseason:

If you have kids (I don't know if he does or not), would you tell them they can grow up to be whatever they want? That they could be president someday? Or would you tell the truth? Would you crush their dream of being a baseball player?

Clarification: I didn't mean he "contributed" anything of value, I just meant that he used to be a "contributor" in terms that he wrote reviews and articles, like you pointed out.

Ed was recently banned for 7 days. He was also removed as a writer and moderator.

Like everyone else, he was given another chance. It looks like it was a mistake but there are extrenuating circumstances. I wish Ed well in life and pray he solves his anger.

Wow! I really have no idea what got into Ed. It's true that he was always a bit negative, but this he has regressed so far beyond that now that it is out of control. Ed, don't you remember when everyone on the board dedicated a thread to you when you were in the hospital? Don't you remember us all wishing you well and saying we would be praying for you? For you to come back here, after that and say what you said, there are no words to describe how low you have sunk. Last month when you posted here, it was probably the worst thing I have ever read anyone type. It was hatefull, mean, rude etc. Then you come back a month later and bash us again after a humiliating loss. What the hell has gotten into you? The only logical explanation is that you sold your Name to NEM and he is posting under your identity. Thats the only excuse I can think of for your behavior. You were one of my most respected posters at one time and thats all gone now. I have NO respect for you, NONE. I don't care WHAT your excuse is, it's all gone. You really should be banned from this site forever. It shouldn't even be an issue worth consideration. It's a no brainer. If any other poster typed something HALF as bad as what you said last time you were here, we would have been gone in less than an hour.
