The fact EJ says that Charlotte going really small “forced Ayton outta the game” is a pretty damning statement of Ayton’s inability to make that a mismatch in our favor.

Gotta get him involved more to make that happen.

It’s so convenient for you to pat yourself on the back saying you saw it coming. Come on.

look at the beginning of this thread, I said I was worried about them because of the way they played Utah.

It’s tough to do when every time you throw him a good pass it CLANGS of his hands.
I dont care. That's not enough of an excuse to shy away from him. The involvement is too inconsistent. When he's the most efficient scorer on the floor, you find a way to get him more FGA.

No. That's such a bs excuse. His hands suck and he bobbles easy entry passes that every one else on the team handles fine and he mishandles offensive rebounds that should be easy put backs. He'll bring the ball too low or establish full control rather than tip it in.

I've never seen so many excuses made for a player like Ayton about how the team doesn't get him involved enough. He doesn't do enough to take advantage of the setups he gets and they quit going to him because he's a wuss and if his head isn't in that game, he's going to coast.

F that. Dario can get on the block and get the ball. Boom can get the ball on the block and get the ball. Ayton doesn’t TRY and when he does, it’s pathetic because he can’t seal his man. Or he’s given the ball and repeatedly fumbles it away.

Last summer, you asked me if Ayton was screwing my girlfriend. I can only laugh and wonder if that was projection and it was someone else he’s been screwing the way you slavishly come to his defense and place blame everywhere but where it’s deserved.

But he’s not the most efficient scorer if a third of the time you don’t even get a shot because he can’t catch it and it’s a turnover.

I once thought like you did, but even if he’s playing well, he’s too soft.

what? Hornets are playing real well, and we were due for a bad shooting night.

you’ve been AWOL from these threads during the hot streak. To come back with this now is comical.

I hate this team.

Just such a tease. They have serious focus issues across the board.

lol... and people used to say Ouchie and I weren’t fans when we’d criticize the hell out of them. At least we hated this team when we had legit reason to!

Booker was fouled on 3-point shot at final buzzer. No call by referee. It wasn't even close.
