How can I transfer music from itunes library to an mp3 player?

I have a Nano ipod and all songs are in my itunes library. I received a Phillips Go Gear mp3 player but I can't transfer my songs to the Go Gear. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the music transferred over?

find the folder to where all of the mp3s are located and drag and drop via Windows. You can't do it via iTunes.

on XP it is: start -> my documents -> my music -> itunes -> itunes music
