How many boards do you think you can get in a game against the Suns?
Today at the age of 40 i would be lucky to get one rebound....even if you strapped me to Marcus Camby's back.
Back in my primeYou must be registered for see images attachi could probably get about 4 or 5.
At 5' 7" i could jump thru the gym with a 37.5 vertical and was always the best rebounder on the floor under 6'.
Ahhh memories.
I see your pointI believe you have confused yourself with Nate Robinson.
I see your point
I wasn't a very good passer. I had a nice shot though......and i could guard/harass/frustrate people on "D"
This thread is silly, but there isn't enough sillyness on this board anymore.
Lol. Probably one..
Im 15, 5"10 and asian.. So ill probably get beat up on the court.
Not even close....... i could get all my fingers over the rim though. So, could you dunk back then? I can only touch halfway up the net, and I'm at most 5'9". I feel like I should at least be able to touch the rim at that height.

More importantly, chicks dig a white man that CAN jump.
And how long ago was that?
Just wondering, I wanna increase my verticle, did you do any like excersices to increase it?.. or did it just come naturally?
Programs like "Air Alert" work pretty well. You really have to stick with it. It basically consists of a lot of jumping up and down. I used it back when I was in middle and high school.
How much does it cost? I might give it a try. Im sick of only being able to touch 2/3 up the net. What does this "Air Alert" thing contain? Like, does it come with a dvd or a booklet or something? Thanks. Appreciate it.
I think there are Canadian sites that stream Air Alert for free, but you'd have to ask Andrew.
