About 5M people (phx) to about 6M people. The Dallas market isn't 2.5 times bigger than Phoenix.

It's a HUGE factor when evaluating franchises.

No it's over 2.9 million more people, but you might as well include all of the rest of Texas not including Houston, so it's significantly larger than the Phoenix market since the majority of Texas is watching Cowboys.

Fan base size does matter, but the Rams definitely demonstrate that it isn't everything.
