The Phoenix Suns have won more post season games this year than they did with their high-flying, 62-20 squad from last year--and all, I might add, withOUT Amare Stoudemire.
Just goes to show you how great of a player Steve Nash really is.
If you look at the first 4 games in every series this post-season for Dallas, you come up with the following:
Dallas vs. Memphis
Dallas wins all 4 and the series, 4-0
Dallas vs. San Antonio
Dallas wins and goes up 3-1, and wins the series 4-3
Dallas vs. Phoenix
Dallas wins 2 and Phoenix wins 2, and the series is now tied 2 apiece
Not trying to make much of all this, but for those who think that the Suns posed no threat and couldn't compete with the elite teams, you're really being stupid.
