Does the rule of having to interview a minority canidate for our new coach apply to the Cardinals when the one who is conducting the interview is a minority?

No. We will have to interview a WASP first to satisfy minority requirements if Graves does the interview. If Bidwill does the interview, we will have to interview a female eskimo who is a transplanted Haitian.

I'd say yes - but Bidwill has always been on the leading edge of minority hirings in the organization.
