Look... Bowles should continue to receive accolades for the job he's done this season. However, there is no substitute for great talent, and there is no covering up for a dirth of talent. Bottom line is that Bowles has somehow worked magic most of the season, with a limited amount of great talent. We don't have a Sherman, Chancelor, Thomas, Bobby Wagner, Jordan Hill, Bennett, Avril, on our defense... Nor do we have anything close to Russell Wilson, Lynch, or Turbin or Michael for that matter. We don't have anything close to Willson at TE.
This Cards team requires a level of play and execution for the entire team that has to be WAY above their own individual talent would suggest possible - just to keep games close.
And when just one, let alone multiple facets of this team fall short, well.... You get games like the Falcons and SeaHags.
Painful to watch... But we are nowhere near the level and class of the Hags. Not even close. And man that hurts...

Colin K. will watch video of last night's game and figure he can gain more rushing yards than the 'Bird's running backs next sunday. Lindley will perform the same.....throwing too long or two short, and into double coverage,,,,you know what to expect > another game of lack-luster stats/// 3 and out./// punt

Aside from the Beast Mode run when our defense literally just gave up, it was all about Russell Wilson and Luke Willson.
RW is a true freak. He toyed with our defense all night. And, as always, we still have no clue how to cover a TE... Amazing...

,,,,, 49ers ,,, playing at home ,, will send Harbaugh out the door with a 'win' in his last game,,in possibly a tight game....still a '49er win.

Playoffs? Out in the first round .... clean out the lockers, and going fishing afterwards.

Still, a respectable season for the most part.......kept us watching!

49ers are in full implosion mode right now. Saturday night was the final nail in the coffin. The Cards could start you at QB Sunday and win.
