Kolb will be mediocre. That may be good enough for a possible playoff appearance, but Manning is hitting his stride.

LOL, Manning would have been dead already behind this line and the league would have put us under major sanctions for killing the beloved Peyton

I wish the NFL would let us use 13 on offense with 7 offensive linemen instead of 5. Then maybe Kolb would have 2 seconds to throw.

But I still would have like to have had Manning at QB.

F Michael Vick. I wish they would have broken his body in two. He is one person who I DO wish injury on and it has nothing to do w football or his bad childhood waaawaaa.. F him I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. Well maybe if I drank gasoline.

Is everything
The last 2 games show exactly why Peyton did not become a Cardinal. We have more overall talent than Denver, but the Broncs have a better Oline.

Or he'd have excelled being able to find Fitz when he is wide open and he'd make the line look great by getting rid of the ball much quicker.

We should be glad he didn't choose the 49ers, they are good enough as it is.

Even Manning is not that good, we would need Flash Gordon with the amount of time the OL has given the last two games LOL

Its cascade of changes though. You have a QB who can read the blitz and the opposition cant blitz as much. Just look at early in the game. Guys were being left open, Kolb wasnt hitting them. By leaving those points on the field and falling behind it allowed the defense to get more and more aggressive, Kolb had less and less time and then got rattled and was no longer using what little time he had. A guy like Manning can keep a defense far more honest. And even with Kolb, if he capitalizes on even one of those several early TD opportunities then its an entirely different ball game.

The value of Manning, who throws a lot of dink and dunks, throwing deep every so often, is that the legs of the pass rushers get tired. Especially when he goes no huddle.

I wish we would put in the strong armed Skelton and line him up in shotgun but much farther back like punt formation. then he would have more time before the rush gets to him.

You should tell Tim Hasselbeck that he just destroyed Vick on ESPN this morning.

Said he's amazed Andy Reid has been this patient and that Vick has been consistently the worst pre snap read guy in the NFL since he entered the league. Said people blame the Philly OL for all the free runners but "if you see pre snap they have more guys than you can block, as the QB you have to do something. Change the play, change the protection or get the ball out. Other guys see it, they might not always make the play but they see it, Vick doesn't see it."

He didn't mention Kolb's name but at one point he was clearly talking about Kevin when he said it's like Reid got conned by a series of strong games by Vick and made the mistake of believing that was going to continue to happen. That Vick had been out of football and then the backup so he really hadn't played much but that once the NFL got current film on him, they figured him out again and started exploiting him.

Said he had a whole list of plays to show what he was talking about but they didn't have time to do that.

Why because his cousin was using one of Michael Vicks houses as a place to fight dogs. Show me were it says he was the one killing them. Didn't Ray lewis kill someone, but I bet you would want him on the team. Just give it a rest, he did his time get over it. People will always have ghost in there closet. No one is perfect.
