I must be tripping today but the one star bandit has gotten to me again. Now he's doing it to Floyd's threads as well. So now it's Mitch, me and Floyd...your probably next.

People spend time on their posts, and they put their name on them. This punk is just the opposite, and is the reason why I'm giving myself a break from all you good people. I gotta surround my self with kindness, not some douche who wants to pee on everything he comes across. On Christmas? I hope your happy one star, you just made someone unhappy and I think that is your goal.

I aint out because the Cardinals suck, they've always sucked and I can handle that just fine. I won't curse to get booted, just gonna wish yall some happy holidays and a sweet 2013. Maybe I'll drink some beer in the future and come bug yall then.

I can't speak for everybody, but posters' names mean a hell of a lot more to me when I choose what threads to read than those little ratings stars. To be honest, I never really paid them any mind to begin with

it's the internet. There's ALWAYS going to be that guy (or likely a kid) that does that kinda crap just to annoy people. No matter where you go, it will happen. I'm sure it's even happened in Sandy Hook Memorial threads/blogs/etc. Post where you want, say what you want, don't pay that BS any mind

Use the ignore button, and don't give me that "I want to be able to read everyone's opinions"

Cause in truth, I started using it, and the people I ignore do nothing but post personal insults at other people, and rarely if ever say anything about football.

Also, I have never EVER looked at the "star" rating. I actually had to think about what the heck you are talking about.

Finally, I would hope you post on this board for yourself. Cause if you are doing it for other people, then I don't know what you are doing. You don't get paid to post on this forum, so don't feel "obligated". This is supposed to be fun, and if it is no longer fun, then why waste your time.

I just post, and if people like it, then great, if not, they can either not read it, or just deal with it.

Outside of that ? I use the ignore button, try to be respectful as possible, and love ASFN even more because of it.

Don't like 1 or 2 bitter, nasty people ruin the experience. Just ignore then, or play with them like a cat does with a mouse.

I have to take responsibility for one of these. I'll be honest, I've been around here for a long time and I've never paid any attention to the star rating system. I saw the star thing up there, didn't really know what it's purpose was, and voted "terrible" just out of curiosity to see what it does. I certainly wasn't saying the thread was terrible, so I apologize if I hurt feelings. I don't even remember what thread it was. In retrospect, this seems ignorant and stupid on my part, but I just got ACL surgery and therefore blame it on the narcotics.
