We have four offensive coaches that were with Cowboys last season. I'm sure they would have brought in Columbo for an interview, if those coaches believed he could get the job done. (BTW Read that in another thread - not sure if it's true. Haley and Kitchens were. Can't remember anyone else)

We need a TE, but none are left. We need a LT, but the good ones are gone. We need an OLB, but I'm not sure who. We need CB and OL depth like crazy. We need a PR/KR/3rd wideout. We still need a lot. I don't like to draft for need, so we need to get a lot of this in FA or suffer.

If he has anything left (doubtful), Conwell was a decent blocker at one time. He has been extremely injury-prone however. Wiggins is a decent receiver, not sure about his blocking ability.

I'd take Kinney.

No, we don't have to fill all the holes in FA, but we need to fill enough that we aren't drafting for need. We cannot count on starters through the draft. That way lies Tommy Knight.

I think we need to sign 3 more players minimum for me to be happy. I'm still hopeful that we can land Hood at CB. If not we still would we need another CB for depth.

Then I would like to see us add more depth on the OL and another LB. The gravey would be adding a TE, FB or Runstuffing DT.
