LOL keep saying that to yourself. Let us know when you get your 3rd XBox, pay for your online gaming, pay for the batteries for your controller, and pay for your HD DVD.
I do like the PS3 and nearly picked one up due to the ridiculous deal Wal-Mart had today. They were offering TEN Blu-Ray movies with the purchase of an 80gb PS3. That's
any 10 in store. (Not to mention the 5 free movies via mail.)
That being said:
1 - The RROD argument is pretty pointless now. MS repaired the defect from the old units. New units are fixed.
2 - Can't argue with you too much here. Though, you get what you pay for. PSN leaves a LOT to be desired. Xbox Live, in my opinion after experiencing both, is 100x the online network that PSN is.
3 - $9 charger kit?
4 - I'm not ready to pick a side in the format war, so the HD-DVD add-on is pointless to me. Sony is forcing you to pay extra due to the Blu-Ray player. So really, there's no real "bonus."
I realized that after the console, a few games, and Guitar Hero 3 I'd be spending nearly $800. (GH3 is a must since I'd need to sell my 360 to cover some of the cost, and my GF *loves* GH2 on the 360.) No thank you to $800. I'm not hurting over sticking with my 360, since it still beats PS3 beat where it counts - games and online community. I was just interested in possibly making the switch since a buddy of mine owns a PS3 and I'd like to play online with him.
