Using raw yards allowed to rank defenses is sillyness. Besides, you know what separates 10th - 24th in raw yards allowed? A whole 20 yards per game. We allow 4 more yards per game we drop to 15th, league average. Get a new metric.

Now, I'm not saying they need a nickname, because I think nicknames are stupid. However, they also don't deserve to get undersold.

Their Run D sucked however, and that's why I wanted a Big DT or run stuffing LB.

Check out the rankings for the pass D and the run D. Run D was god-awful:

IMO, there is nothing about either team, offense or defense, that deserves a nick-name.

What is with the infatuation with nicknames? How many offenses or defenses have well known nicknames today anyway? The only name I want is what the New England Patriots have right now and that is "Superbowl Champions".

I hate run stuffers, they are not exciting to watch. Instead, we should go for players like Dansby. Quick, Agile, they are great pass rushers that can stop the run when blitzed.

For the offense- taking into consideration our Steeler pickup Ross, and Big Davis, and Kurt...how about

Big 75 Ex-Steel Kurtain

And for the potent D.......

Steal the name from Q's show...

Big Red Rage

:D
