Instead of drafting the better player (and once in a decade player) in Clowney, we would draft a QB and hope he can live up to it (Teddy Bridgewater). Now I love Teddy, but you never pass up someone like Clowney and this is 100% something the Cardinals would do.

Comparing that to Levi Brown and Adrian Peterson is a bit of a stretch, IMO.

Cause you can compare Peterson to Clowney, sure.

But Bridgewater is WAY WAY WAY better then Levi Brown in comparison as a prospect.

The Cardinals "pooped the bed" in a very Pace/Johnson way in that draft, when it came to Levi Brown. Kinda like Michael Floyd last year, IMO.

clowney is nice but pass rushers are easy to find. Bridgewater Is a stud at QB and that's dam near impossible to find

True dat! The paradigm is shifting in the NFL from heavy hitters, to an Arena league style of play. the upside of a QB like Bridgewater far outweighs the impact of a defender like Clowney. IMHO

they also addressed and plainly stated that everyone is a liar when it comes to this stuff.

Also, it is widely reported that we are looking at ol in the top 3 rounds, may draft a QB somewhere and looking at safeties in the draft too.

Thats not BPA, thats drafting what we need. We need to do that this year anyway as we need OL talent. BPA can come next year once we have a line and a QB.

Unfortunately for him QB is the most important position on a team. Thus regardless who the better player is if the team with the first pick needs a QB than Teddy will be the pick.
