I heard a piece on here on NPR. I almost went to iTunes and bought the album. Instead I listened to the Supremes and decided to save my money.

She does have the sound of the 60's girls group down.
I think it's more of the B group of Motown girls then the Supremes, the Mary Well and Tami Terrel, with a little Nina Simone thrown in.
Still all and all good stuff.
Kind of refreshing compared to the overproduced radio crap of say someone like Joss Stone.
