In an offseason that's anything but normal, Atlanta Falcons coach Dan Quinn hasn’t lost his eternal optimism. “There’s a lot of things we don’t know and we can’t do,” Quinn said Tuesday during a video call with Atlanta-area media. For instance, the Falcons left a spot open on their 90-man roster because they want to sign an additional kicker before training camp.
