Wow what a half season can bring.. Goes from starter to waived. Alot of you were real high on this guy. What about now that he's waived? Injured and all?

Injured, he still brings more to the table than Chester Taylor. Plus, keep him around next year and the backfield of Wells, Williams, LSH,Smith and Choice is pretty solid and deep.

Reports are that he had fallen out of favor with the Dallas coaches, because of his fumbles.

I don't know about his injury, but that dude has a TON of heart.

I would guess since he was drafted and produced at the NFL level that he's certainly more talented than Smith too.
The draft is irrelevant once they get into the NFL.
But, we could continue to play the game of what's happened in each player's career:
"I would guess that since Smith has never been cut from NFL roster that he's the better player."
