I heard they call sausages "Bangers"...lol, there is something dirty in that
Yeah, bangers and mash except their bangers have a totally different taste than anything you will find in the states. I have tried them on different occasions and just don't find them all at appealing.

Both British and American sausages are Well below par compared to mainland Europe...

My buddy Donald makes home made sausage, from wild hogs he lands with his bow.

That is American sausage and there is none better.

Sounds great Chuck!! But, I’m still partial to homemade hot Italian sausage...with a some peppers & onions! Yum!
he makes italian sausage too,...the jalapeno sausage is really rockin also...

just took exception to Bach's claim that American sausage is lacking.... I know some rednecks and coon asses who make some damned fine links

Yea, I've got a neighbor that makes his own fresh sausage and brats. Amazing stuff. I even brought a few to Glendale for tailgates in the past. Good stuff.

Grew up in Germany though, so my standards are very high.

Right on, oaken! And there is no better links than homemade smoked venison (deer meat) sausage. It's freakin' incredible!!!
