Talkin bout rss feeds, podcast subscriptions radio stations and best iphone software to go about getting that fancy schmancy digital ear candy automagically puteth upon my iphone.

I'm not sure about that, but I check ASFN on mine all the time. If you see me logged onto a thread for four straight days, that might be why.

Well I got this here Flycast proggy thingy which is a free interwebs musicator but derned if I know where I can listen to Wolfisms through my earholes.

Dey got Cities on the list but Arizona only has a weather station listed.

Got some ESPN sports channels on it though.

Go to the iTunes store and search under Podcasts for Arizona Cardinals. They have an official one that I like to listen to. They have game previews each week, as well as wrap-ups. Wolfley & others all join in.

Well, I originally found it in the podcast section of iTunes, but it's gone now. Just browse to this feed and you should be good to go:

when you open Itunes on your desktop, it will go out and get it automatically

you then have to sync
