Is there any doubt that Arians was one of the best coaches of the last decade?

He takes over in Indy, they're amazing, he leaves they suck.

He takes over here, we have our best sustained bit of success ever, he leaves, we suck.

He goes to Tampa, nearly makes the playoffs despite Famous Jameis throwing 87 picks in one year, wins the superbowl the next year, he leaves they suck.

He paid his dues. I think he was about 60 when he was named interim head coach in Indy. Love the guy but he was a little stubborn when it came to some of his coaches, too loyal, if there is such a thing.
Who was the special teams coach who was terrible but Arians refused to fire?

Players, for the most part, loved to play for BA. Give him good offensive talent and a QB with good judgment plus a big arm and BA will put points on the board. He wasn’t as good at assembling a staff or attention to detail. He was also hard to work with for the GM. He was the right fit for the Cards, but when he lost his lead dog at QB, BA wasn’t good adapting to win with a game manager at QB.

Didn’t he have a winning record with Drew Stanton under center?

He is my favorite coach of all time, followed closely by Ozzie Guillen. He holds players accountable but lets them play and doesn’t give boring coach speak answers. Tells it like it is.
