I just hope that fans haven't sold their tickets to this game like last year. That was one of the most pathetic sights I've ever seen. We have the opportunity to blast them out of there, so long as our "fans" haven't already scalped their tickets to the pasty legged coffee drinkers like they did last year.

i've got to believe (and hope) that place is as packed and as loud with Cards fans as it has EVER been. I'm expecting NFC Title game like blasting sound.

I am too. But in this state people prefer a quick buck over loyalty far too often to make me feel 100% confident.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I'll be there screaming my ass off all game!! Beginning of my holiday vacation, so don't have to worry about talking at work over the next 2 weeks and would welcome the excuse to not have to talk to the in-laws in Michigan.

If Detroit finishes with a better record and gets the 5th spot, us the 6th so we play the 3-seed (Dallas or Philly). I could be wrong.

I think you're wrong. Green Bay and Detroit still have one more game against each other so the loser of that game will have 5 losses. That's the most the Cards can lose and they have the tie breaker advantage over both. So the worst the Cards can do is the 5th seed.

Yep we're either gonna be 1 or #5

If the Cards win next week then they are number 1 regardless of what happens against the Niners. If they lose then they need to beat the Niners and hope that the Rams beat Seattle in Seattle. It does really all come down to next week against Seattle.

It depends on the next tie-breaker after conference record regarding GB. I don't think it matters much since GB will very likely beat Detroit.

The playoff predictor has us with the tie breaker over Green Bay in that situation.
They can beat us in the tie breaker for the #1 seed if we lose to Seattle but then beat SF while Seattle loses to the Rams.

I ran this exact scenario at NfL playoff site and got this:

http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=21546&stc=1&d=1418621712

There is simply no way the Packers can beat us out for the #1 seed if Cards win 12.

I ran it on espn and with both GB and Arizona at 12-4 it gives GB the 1 seed and Arizona the 2. That's with a Seattle loss and a SF win and Seattle losing to the Rams.

Oops. Change that. I didn't put a winner in for the SF Charger game and when I did that it changed the Cards to a 1 seed.

I played with the calculator also. If we win, #1 seed. If we lose than we have to win in at SF and have Seattle lose to the Rams to get #1

#5 seed if we don't win the division and we will for sure be on the road AT Atlanta, New Orleans, or Carolina. A win there would send us to Dallas, Seattle, Green Bay, or Detroit in the Divisional Round. Philly and the 3 south teams can't get a bye.
