Veldheer at the time was a fourth round pick just coming in to his own at the end of his rookie contract....but he had not had a great season yet nor proven anything.....Veldheer has played better for us than he ever did for the raiders,...which is why we grabbed him...

on Iupati....the saints pay 7.2 mil for one guard and 8.1 mil for the other....while he may be WELL paid...we did not over pay...for an experienced pro bowl caliber guard in the prime of his career...

Seeing him twice a year at least they know exactly what they're getting. A mauler in the run game. I hope he can hold up at least the three years.

Put Cooper at Center and I think we have the makings of a solid OL. Need one more good interior guy.

They had seem Adam Snyder twice a year too . I'm confident this will work out much better.

These guys that complain about Cromartie tackling make me laugh then you must not like 95% of the corner backs in the NFL. They just want these imaginary perfect player. Hell Deion Sanders would flat out tell you I don't get paid to tackle.
