That bar was RIDICULOUS. It was literally the ONLY designated Cardinals bar in the entire city and when we walked in, it felt like I was entering something out of Soddom and Gomorrah. Just a hazy blaze of red, screaming, laughing, chanting… people seemingly hanging from the ceiling fans like gremlins and muppets just going bonkers.

Definitely an image, lovingly burned into my brain forever.
There was bar just like this in Orlando the night before the game as well, there were quite a few Cards fans staying in Orlando.

Was that the wings place? If so we were there too. Several x-cards were there as well. Too old to remember who...

Yup we stayed in Orlando. Man that was a long drive back after that long wait to get out if the stadium.

Anybody else pass people outside the stadium offering people $20 for their tickets stubs? We kept ours of course but they had several hundred of them.

Yeah I had people offering to buy my ticket stub too, I kept mine as well.

Anybody remember the guy with the big sign out there comparing sports fans to pedophiles? I was surprised he didn't get lynched.

We had just spent a fortune finishing off the basement, so we decided to have a huge SB Bash. Living in PA, too many of the people there were Steeler fans. But, my family, being Cardinal fans, certainly were the loudest. Steeler fans are smug & had already started the victory party at halftime. All I remember was SCREAMING at the top of my lungs for Fitz to fall down at the 5. I had my head in my hands as Fitz ran into the endzone because I KNEW exactly what was to follow. In the almost 60 years that I have followed this cursed franchise, our D could never be trusted in big situations. All I remember was pouring more bourbon in a glass, because I knew I’d be drowning my sorrows at the end of the game.
