Thoughts on him in round two?

I like that he has alot of experience in a 3-4 even though GT switched to a 4-3 last year. The kids motor is non-stop, he will be only 21 this year, he can take this year to develop technique and get stronger as John Abraham will still be the everyday starter.

Here is NFL.com's analysis: http://www.nfl.com/draft/2014/profiles/jeremiah-attaochu?id=2543717

and here is a Youtube video that I like because it shows the good and the bad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTs3IaZUYpU

Is 52 too high for him? Would he make it to round 3?

I like Demarcus Lawrence a little better but either one at 52 would work for me.

I actually watched a lot of GT football this year, and just love the kid. Seemed to get better as the season went on. I actually mentioned his name to my dad tonight as a pick I wouldn't hate at 27 (even though it would be a reach, because I felt he has the potential). I would love to grab him at 52

I'd be happy with him or Van Noy with our 2nd rounder. We need to develop an edge rusher and that takes some time so hopefully we can get one this year.
Don't know much about Lawrence?

One trick pony.

But that one trick is pretty good. What I buy into is he looks quick off the snap, athletic, and shows good rush instincts. He is also very football smart which showed at the senior bowl. This is a guy who I believe can develop similar to Bucannon. They both do a couple things really well and are atheltic and smart enough to work and improve on the rest.

That's the Seahawks template that I'm hopeful the Cardinal coaching staff can duplicate. {developing and coaching up talent}

That is the idea. Seattle didn't just find perfect player sin the later rounds, they found guys whose strengths matched what their system needed them to do. That allowed them to come in and stick on the roster and from there the staff developed their weaknesses.

My hope is for Attaochu or Van Noy. Attaochu has slight edge in pass rush but Van Noy is a better run defender and better in coverage. Had Van Noy been 100% healthy he would have had a better year. Lawrence is a converted DE and is older (24 years old I believe) so potential is limited.

IMHO, I think ARZ throws a curveball and goes with either a WR or QB the next couple rounds.

I think #52 is going to be one of the following: Stephon Tuitt, Martavious Bryant, AJ McCarron, Tom Savage, Attaochu or Van Noy.

Pierre Desir, also.

There's a 'buzz'
