My mom keeps pressuring me to watch this show. Should I cave in? Come ASF's, give me an honest answer!

Worst. Episode. Ever.

Rebecca De Mornay is so demonstrably shrill in her portrayal of the bitter Cissy, I found myself caught in "Lost" mode wishing for the "Others" to come and dispatch her so I could go back to concentrating on more interesting characters.

Just a horrible job of casting there. I almost feel bad for Bruce Greenwood, who must feel he has to channel Richard Gere to stand out as a character next to De Mornay's teeth-gritting bleats.

I completely agree. She is hard to watch.

She is brutal. Maybe someone can convince Fast Freddy to whack her. She needs to have an affair with the good Doctor Smith. The only redeeming feature of her character is that she might even piss Shauny off enough to get some good scenes with him chewing her a new one.

The yelling trailer tirade was just pitifully painful. My wife loves this show more than I do and yet even she did not like the last installment.

The yelling scenes were so annoying I was hoping she would take herself out with the pistol.

Sissy was completly losing it. I really hope that is the last time they have her fly off the handle like that.

And what the hell is up with Kai? What did Butchie do that is so wrong?

I really can't figure out why I'm still watching this show. Actually, I know it's entirely due to the timing. If it wasn't summer time there's no way I would bother with it.

I didn't watch the second episode because I disliked the first episode so much. Then someone convinced me to start watching again. I was mildly interested/entertained for a couple episodes, and now I really don't like it again.

Still, I know I'll give it another shot tomorrow night.

Really? I thought this weeks episode would bring more interest. I thought it was good, bizarre but good.

"Baptize that pistol"

yup. this episode felt like Milch was just masturbating all over the place to me.

I agree. I love how different the show is from anything else and that the audience has no idea where it's going. I think it's great.

Oh yes. This episode was the place they have been going all along. Some major character exposure. If we don't know who these people are now, we haven't been paying attention. At least their is an explanation, now, as to why the Sissy character has been so over the top and over played by Rebecca De Mornay.

The Motel BBQ scenario was insanely good. I think that whole scene was a dreamstate. I don't know. Hell, next episode they may just all jump into a spaceship.

Was I hearing things or did John mention , in his through the window sermon to Sissy, that she had a sexual moment with her 13 year old son Butch? Please tell me , I didn't make that one up.
