This is why we were drinking Yuengling in Tampa for the Super Bowl (brewed in Pottsvile). Tried to drink away the curse. Almost worked. @Shane
The Pottsville curse is legit. I have an old friend from Pottsville & our boys played lacrosse together in HS. He somehow found out I was a Cardinal fan. There’s not much going on in Pottsville, so they take this snub by the NFL very seriously. I was trying to laugh it off, and he was having none of it lol. Concede the stupid thing.

But therein lies the issue: Yuengling served in Florida is brewed at the Tampa brewery which Dick Yuengling bought from Stroh's in 1999. To lift the curse, copious amounts of Pottsville brewed Yuengling must be offered up and guzzled down. I finally made the pilgrimage to Pottsville last April to pay homage to the Maroons and offer tribute at the brewery's taproom. I don't know if it will be enough to lift the curse, but I'm going to keep trying!

Pretty sure I've had more Pottsville-brewed Yuengling than 10 average locals drink in a lifetime... and I add significantly to my total every time I'm back east. I've enjoyed every drop, but it hasn't done much to lift the curse!

I live in PA, so Yuengling is a staple here. I take turns with different beers at home, but my bowling nights are strictly Yuengling. My motto with beer has always been when in doubt, have a Yuengling lol.

Game plan I guess was for Jonah Williams to come back after the bye week.

Beach has held up strong- would you put Williams back in? Williams is the better athlete and tackle, but at the same time I honestly don’t know if the right thing is to disrupt this chemistry. Oline is really playing strong

Yup, put Williams back in when he is ready.
Beach is a swing tackle and already sits out half the practices to rest... and while I realize I'm a dinosaur...a player shouldn't lose his job due to injury.

Yes! Jonah is 1000% better, so get him back I the lineup. The only reason that Beachum wasn’t exposed is because Murray always made Beechum’s man miss.

While I’m ok with Jonah being inserted back into the starting lineup, I have to disagree about a player losing his job to injury. I do not want Prater back in the starting lineup and I’ve overall loved Prater in his time here. It would be a sin to bench Chad Ryland.

Yeah, I find I have mixed emotions bordering on hypocrisy in regards to Prater and Ryland.
But that might just stem from my longstanding belief that kickers aint football players.
