I'll take it. Frankly, I think it's a solid thing to bring back guys with a degree of familiarity with the locker room, even if they haven't been on the defense.
I don't know, he doesn't have much to offer

Mauro needs to play a few heavy run downs and make sure Phillips stays fresh for pass rush downs.

Solid move for a guy who just needs to take a beating and be physical.

I think there's a bit too much enthusiasm for this move. Mauro was a limited player 5 years ago. He's now 5 years older. Hasn't played any significant football since 2018. Couldn't make the Raiders with their poor D line and couldn't make the Jags roster over guys like Dawuane Smoot and Doug Costin.

I don't expect him to play too much. Might even be last on the depth chart being Blackson. 15-20 snaps a game maybe?

Probably not even that.

I would expect Fotu’s snaps to increase and Mauro to be there just in case and maybe to play 5-10 1st downs and short yardage type plays
