Not bad for an ex QB. Phenomenal. Deserving of at least MVP honorable mention.

Yep, on that non call of the helmet to helmet contact... He was clearly woozy... Pretty amazing.

Detroit Free Press has it, 3 different times the independent medical people called down to the Pats sideline telling them he needed to be evaluated, and nobody did it.

I can certainly see why in a SB though. whole offseason to recover, but technically they did not follow NFL rules

So what you're saying is: Dockett was right about the hypocrisy that teams (and the league) exhibit regarding player safety?

Of course, in the SB with a whole offseason I'm sure it's not the first time some team has done that.

What's nuts is that the NFL allows it. The 2nd their independent medical guy radios down about a player, the NFL should have someone make sure the team follows the rules, clearly they don't or Edelman would have been evaluated.

So in that sense yes Dockett is right, because of the moment, the NFL allowed a guy who may have had a concussion to go ahead and play.

Seattle had a player removed.

Edelman should not have been in the game. Once again, Belicheat and the Cheating Kraft bully the NFL into allowing them to bend the rules

This was a SB of the 2 "sneaky" teams in the NFL. Nobody talks about the fine the Seahawks got during the offseason for running illegal practices. It's all about the deflate thing. To me, Carroll is the biggest cheater and always finds ways bully the refs...

Not to mention what Carroll got away with at USC...

He schooled Tharold Simon.

Notice how quick Josh McDaniels and Brady were to isolate their WRs on Tharold Simon as soon as Jeremy Lane went out?

That's being ready to make in-game adjustments.

Went to my high school - Woodside HS, Redwood City, CA. John Hook was all excited on the news last night cuz he's a Woodside alumnus. In fact he and I were there at the same time.

On Edelman's return to the game.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick said Monday he doesn't handle medical issues.

"I'm a coach and I had a deal with our trainers and doctors," he told reporters during a news conference the morning after winning the NFL title. "They're the medical experts and they don't call plays, and I'm the coach and I don't get involved in the medical part. When they clear players to play, then if we want to play them we play them. The plays we call, I don't have to get approval from them. It's a good setup."

The Pats' pass catchers were unbelievable in the SB. They literally caught everything that was catchable. Every pass that didn't result in a completion was a bad pick or thrown away/not close to a receiver.

Gronk's ability to clear the flat shows how dominant he is. He could've never been targeted and still made a positive impact.
