The OL needs a total rebuild with young talent.
Well Humphries isn't going anywhere, there's some youth to keep developing (Jones, Hayes, Smith), and the guys we picked up are all in mid-late 20s (Ford, Price, Hernandez). We could definitely use another young piece or two, but there are some pieces there to play with that doesn't require a total rebuild. Granted, none of the above combine for a great OL, but we've trotted out much worse in our recent history.

I know every team has injuries by why do we year after year seem like we are the most injury-prone team? Time for revamp in the athletic department?

Yep Oline in shambles and Keim trades for a WR there you go problem fixed! Let see how fast we can get Kyler hurt so the whole season is lost in October, KEIM TIME!

The offensive line looks like a wreck. It could head further South in a hurry.

Bet dollars to donuts nothing changes with Keim and Kliff when Mikey blows off this debacle of a season because of “injuries”.

Getting ugly. Odds of no more OL injuries over the next 11 games = 0

With the pace of injury occurring, I can't help but think to sit Kyler and see how McCoy would do leading the offense to start evaluating the coaches & players for the future.

Anyone on the fence about strapping up for an NFL season isn't someone I want on my team.

Especially in the cases where one guy had apparently dropped a bunch of weight because he was retired and the other had told the team pre draft he might not play this year. We brought in Billy Price during the offseason but chose not to sign him and wound up getting him now.

I was looking at a story about Lecitus Smith working out at C some and it said right in there the Cards don't think Harlow is big enough to play OL in the NFL they want someone stronger which is why they are looking at Lecitus as the possible backup C. In the end they apparently kept Harlow because he can play multiple positions, and disregarded how poorly he plays them.

But it does bear noticing, it's VERY likely next year our starting C will be a guy who was on IR his entire rookie year and has never played Center before. We like Smith apparently but again in our offense with all the shotgun snaps it's risky to play a guy with little experience there. So wouldn't surprise me at all if we have to draft a C next year just in case Lecitus isn't ready.

Smith isn't on IR, is he? I thought he was a scratch yesterday.
